Cai Ming (born February 1957) is a politician of People's Republic of China.

Biography

Cai was born and raised in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with his ancestral home in Tianshui, Gansu.

After the Chinese economic reform, Cai served as the CPC Lingwu County Committee Vice-Secretary and CPC Yanchi County Committee Secretary. He also served as the Deputy Director of Ningxia Administration for Religious Affairs and Vice-Minister of Ningxia United Front Work Department.

In 2013, Cai was appointed as the Director of Ningxia People's Political Consultative Conference.[1][2][3][4]
