Cambarellus puer, sometimes known as the swamp dwarf crayfish, is a species of crayfish native to Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky.[2] This species is often found in swamps, and also occurs in ditches, bayous, ponds, and slow-moving streams.[2] It is listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.[1]
