Education
Master in Economics from the Universidad Javeriana, Specialization in Political Economy. U. Santiago de Cali (no official diploma was given), Chemical Engineering from Universidad del Valle, Colombia (1969) with emphasis in theoretical thermodynamics.

Minister of Health (1990 - 1992), Advisor to the Office of the Minister of Labour (2000 - 2002), Manager of the District Health Situation Room (2006), the project Director Memory Center, Peace and Reconciliation in Bogota (2008 - 2011) Professional experience of more than 15 years as President of INDEPAZ.
