Capital J is a Canadian drum and bass DJ and record producer.[1] From a young age Capital J was interested in battle deejaying. By the age of thirteen he was winning London, Ontario's foremost scratch competitions.
In 1997 Capital J moved to Toronto and became involved in the drum and bass scene. Within two months he was awarded DJ of the month by Tribe Magazine. He followed that up by releasing the magazine’s top selling mixtape by a feature DJ.
