Ronald LaTour, professionally known as Cardo, is an American record producer, songwriter and former rapper from Fort Worth, Texas, United States.[1] Cardo has worked with artists and producers such as 2 Chainz, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa, R. Kelly, Jeezy, Jay Z, Frank Dukes and Swizz Beatz, among others.

Early life

Ronald LaTour was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. Cardo then moved to Fort Worth, Texas.[2]

Career

In 2010, Cardo was producing for Mac Miller and Chevy Woods, then Cardo met Wiz Khalifa at a show in Texas through Chevy and his Uncle Motor. Cardo gave Wiz a couple beats which ended up on Wiz Khalifa's mixtape Kush & Orange Juice.[3] Cardo then started producing for other artists.
