Carlos Eduardo Gallardo Nájera (born 8 April 1984) is a Guatemalan professional football defender who currently plays for Marquense in the Liga Nacional de Guatemala.

Club career

A tall defender, Gallardo played for Comunicaciones before joining Deportivo Jalapa in 2007. He returned to the Cremas for the 2008/2009 Apertura.

International career

He made his debut for Guatemala in an April 2008 friendly match against Haiti. He has earned 11 caps at the start of February 2010, including 6 qualifying matches for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.[1]
