Carmen Cecilia Bueno Cifuentes (born 16 July 1950 in Santiago) was a Chilean actress and filmmaker who was detained with her boyfriend, the cinematographer Jorge Müller Silva, on 29 November 1974. Both MIR activists, Bueno and Müller were interrogated and tortured at Villa Grimaldi before being "disappeared".[1] In November 2015, 56 former DINA agents received prison sentences for the crimes.
