Carmen Luz "Carmín" Berríos is a Puerto Rican politician from the New Progressive Party (PNP). She served as member of the 21st Senate of Puerto Rico from 1997 to 2001.
Berríos was elected to the Senate of Puerto Rico in the 1996 general election. He represented the District of Guayama, along with José Enrique Meléndez.[1] Berríos ran for reelection at the 2000 general elections, but was defeated by the candidates of the PPD.[2]
After that, she became Executive Director of the Education Council.[3]
