Caroline O'Neill
Caroline O'Neill (born 2 February 1958, Manchester, Lancashire) is a British television actress.
In a lengthy career, her more prominent roles include Janice Maloney in Queer as Folk, Miss Hardbroom in The New Worst Witch, and Kelly Andrews in The Execution of Gary Glitter.
