Carolyne J. Bernard (born September 1994) is a Tanzanian beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Miss Universe Tanzania 2014. She was withdrew to represent Tanzania at Miss Universe 2014 in Doral, Miami, Florida, USA.[2]

Bernard was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2014 on November 1, 2014 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Dar es Salaam. The final was awarded 3 titles for Tanzania, namely Miss Universe Tanzania 2014 (Grand Winner) and 2 runnerr-up, Miss Earth Tanzania 2014 and Miss Supranational Tanzania 2014.[3]
