Carpenter Township is one of thirteen townships in Jasper County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,953 and it contained 881 housing units.[1]
History
Fountain Park Chautauqua was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 52.38 square miles (135.7 km2), of which 52.29 square miles (135.4 km2) (or 99.83%) is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 km2) (or 0.17%) is water.[1]
