About

Cascade High School serves approximately 460 students in grades 9-12 in the Mill Creek Community School Corporation. It was established in 1964 as a consolidation of Clayton, Amo, and Stilesville High Schools. The name "Cascade" therefore reflects a consolidation of the first letters of these communities, together with the first four letters of the school's mascot ("Cadets"): ("C"layton "A"mo "S"tilesville "CADE"ts)[3]

The student body is 96% white and 19% are eligible for the free or reduced-price lunch program.[4]
