Casey Cittadino is an Israeli lacrosse player who plays in the United States with the Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse.[1]

College career

Cittadino attended Towson University where he received honorable mention All-American his senior year.

Professional career

Cittadino was originally drafted by the Colorado Mammoth in the National Lacrosse League, but did not play in 2007 due to injury. He was acquired by Boston with Sean Morris as Brian Langtry was traded back to the Mammoth following the 2008 NLL expansion draft.[2] However, before the 2008 NLL season began, the Blazers announced that they would not play in the 2008 season.[3] A dispersal draft was held, but Cittadino was not selected and became a free agent.

International career

Cittadino is a dual citizen to both the United States and Israel. In July 2014, Cittadino will be representing the Israel Men's National Team at the 2014 FIL World Championships. [4] Casey traveled overseas in December of 2013 to begin the process of becoming a dual citizen, a process he talked about in an article featured on the Charlotte Hounds website. [5]
