Catherine A. Labonte Cloutier (born July 25, 1950 in Springfield, Massachusetts) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Delaware Senate since January 9, 2001 representing District 10.[2] Cloutier has served in the Delaware General Assembly continuously since 1999, in the Delaware House of Representatives until 2001.
