Centrolene altitudinale is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela. In Spanish it is known as ranita de cristal de altura.[1] Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. Its status is insufficiently known.
