Cephonodes hylas, the pellucid hawk moth, is a moth of the family Sphingidae. Found in the Near East, Middle East, Africa, India, Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia, the Cephonodes hylas has a wingspan of 45–73 mm.
Its larvae feed on Burchellia, Gardenia, Kraussia, Pavetta and Vangueria species.
