Ch'illkamayu (Quechua ch'illka baccharis, mayu river,[1] "baccharis river", hispanicized spelling Chillcamayu) which upstream is called Q'ampamayu (Jampamayo) and downstream Pitumarka (Pitumarca) is a river in Peru located in the Cusco Region, Canchis Province, in the districts Checacupe and Pitumarca. Its waters flow to the Willkanuta River.

Ch'illkamayu originates in the Willkanuta mountain range between the mountains Hatunuma in the north-west and Wayruru Punku in the south-east. It crosses the Pitumarca District from north-east to south-west along the villages of Jampa, Ch'illka (Chillca) and Pitumarka (Pitumarca). One of its main tributaries from the left is Yanamayu (Quechua for "black river", ). The confluence with the Willkanuta River is near Checacupe.[2]
