Chakothi (Urdu: چکوٹھی ) is a border village in Hattian Bala District, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located 72 kilometers (45 mi) from Muzaffarabad near Pakistan-India border on bank of Jhelum River.[1]

Chakothi is the check post to Muzaffarabad-Srinagar bus service for immigration and customs.
