Chalappalem (చలప్పాలెం) is a village/hamlet in Santhanuthala padu Mandal, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, India.[1]

It comes under Mynampadu Panchayath and lies in the Andhra region. It is located 14 km west of District headquarters Ongole. 4 km from Santhanuthala Padu. 298 km from the State capital Hyderabad. Other cities close to Chalappalem are Kandukur, Chirala, and Vinukonda.
