Chang Wen-ing (Chinese: 張溫鷹; pinyin: Zhāng Wēnyīng; born 1950) is a former official in the national government of Republic of China. She is served her term as mayor of the central Taiwan city of Taichung between 1997 and 2001.[1] She is a member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
