The Egyptian Change and Development Party (Arabic: حزب التغيير والتنمية) is an Islamist political party.[2] The founder of the party is Bassem Khafagy.[3] The party is part of a new alliance called the Egyptian Alliance; it is intended to replace the National Alliance to Support Legitimacy.[3]
