Charaxes fionae is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in central, southern and eastern Zambia, Malawi and western Tanzania.[3] The habitat consists of Brachystegia woodland.
The larvae feed on Acacia amythethophylla, Dalbergia boehmii and Entada abyssinica.
