Charaxes margaretae is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in southern Malawi, south-western Tanzania and possibly eastern Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of montane forests.
The larvae feed on Albizia gummifera, Agelaea heterophylla and Dalbergia lactea.
