Charles Edward Garman

Charles Edward Garman (1850-1907) was professor of philosophy at Amherst College.[1]

He taught Robert S. Woodworth and was responsible for influencing him towards a career in psychology.[2]

He was born on December 18, 1850 in Limington, Maine. He died on February 9, 1907 in Amherst, Massachusetts.[1]
