Charles H. Nesbitt

Charles H. Nesbitt is the President of the New York Tax Appeals Tribunal.[1] A native of Albion, Orleans County, New York, Nesbitt was appointed to this position by Gov. George Pataki in late 2005.
A Republican, Nesbitt previously served in the New York State Assembly represented Orleans, Niagara, Genesee, and Monroe Counties. He also served as Minority Leader of the Assembly for three years.
