Charles O'Hara Booth

Charles O'Hara Booth (31 August 1800 – 11 August 1851), was commandant-in-chief of Port Arthur penal colony and had jurisdiction over all stations on the Tasman Peninsula. He was well respected and oversaw major reforms of the colony.[1][2]
