Charles D. Spearman (January 14, 1913 – September 8, 2000) was an American football coach. Spearman was the head football at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff from 1956 until 1961. His coaching record at Arkansas-Pine Bluff was 21–35–2.[1]
