Charlie Harary
Charles "Charlie" Harary (born July 1977) is an American investor, strategic adviser and professor who has gained fame as a motivational speaker, radio show host, and television personality.
Education
Harary received his Bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Queens College, graduating magna cum laude. He then attended Columbia Law School,[1] where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.[2]
Career
Charlie co-founded H3 & Company, a multimillion dollar venture capital and advisory firm based in New York. Prior to H3 Capital, Mr. Harary was the First Vice President of Residential Operations and Legal Counsel of RXR Realty, LLC, a multi-billion dollar real estate company based in New York. Prior to that, he worked as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Speaking
Harary has become a world-renowned lecturer, traveling extensively both domestically and internationally to speak on topics of personal growth and business strategy and productivity for nearly two decades.[3] Leveraging his unique expertise on personal success and social impact, Charlie has become a sought after speaker featured each year by almost 100 different organizations, businesses, conventions, and academic institutions. He has created dozens of videos that have received worldwide attention reaching hundreds of thousands of people across the globe.[4]

Radio
Harary currently hosts a weekly radio show, The Charlie Harary Show every Saturday at 9pm on 77WABC. The show delves into important lessons that he takes from the top stories of the week. [5] The show has received great reviews from industry insiders including TALKERS publisher Michael Harrison. In a recent profile on Harary, Harrison said Harary offers “tremendous richness, authenticity and power-packed content to his performances that combine fresh angles with facts and analysis not usually heard in mainstream news/talk radio.” [6] Harary also hosts a weekly business-centered radio show with the NSN network entitled, The Boardroom. Harary hosts a podcast entitled, Unlocking Greatness where he interviews successful entrepreneurs, thought leaders, change agents, influencers and experts, intending to understand how they achieved their success. TV
In May 2015, Harary launched #TheAskCharlieShow, a video based question-and-answer show where he answers questions submitted by the audience pertaining to issues of personal growth and productivity found in the business setting. Academic
Harary is a Clinical Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and an Associate Entrepreneur in Residence at the Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.[26][27]
Harary is a recipient of the Professor Pete Lencis Adjunct Professor of the Year award.
Personal life
Harary lives with his wife and five children in New York.
