Charlie Ngatai (born 17 August 1990 in Gisborne, New Zealand) is a rugby union footballer who plays as a midfield back for the Chiefs in Super Rugby.
He has played for Wellington Lions in the ITM Cup and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.[1]
Charlie currently plays and captains Taranaki in the ITM Cup and has Captained the Maori All Blacks. He made his All Blacks debut against Samoa in Apia in a one off test in 2015.
Charlie has won competitions in 2013 with the Chiefs in Super Rugby and in 2014 with Taranaki in the ITM Cup.
