Charlotte Plaza is a 388 feet (118 m) tall skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was built in 1982 and has 27 floors. It is the 15th-tallest building in the city. Bentley's, a popular restaurant with skyline views, is located on the top floor. The Class A office building was sold for $175.5 million to Hines Interests Limited Partnership in 2007.
