Charlotte Römer (born 8 January 1994 in Baños de Agua Santa) is an Ecuadorian tennis player of German descent.

Römer has won four doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 26 October 2015, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 811. On 6 October 2014, she peaked at world number 512 in the doubles rankings.
