The chestnut-naped antpitta (Grallaria nuchalis) is a species of bird tentatively placed in the family Grallariidae; it might belong to a more distinct lineage though.
It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
