Chlorocypha consueta (Ruby Jewel) is a species of damselfly in the family Chlorocyphidae. It is found in Angola, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and possibly Nigeria. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rivers.
