It is one of the largest law firms in the Greater Boston area and remains headquartered and firmly rooted in that city.[1] With 200 attorneys and 250 staff members working in a single Boston office at Two International Place, the firm represents clients and has handled disputes and other matters in almost all 50 states and more than 50 countries around the world.
Choate Hall & Stewart covers a wide range of legal practice, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance and restructuring, technology and life sciences companies, IP and IP litigation, government enforcement and compliance, insurance and reinsurance, and wealth management. Clients include public and private technology companies, Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, universities and wealthy families and individuals.
