Chris McGrail (born 5 May 1989) is an English former footballer.

In the 2006–07 season, he spent a short spell on loan at Football League Two side Accrington Stanley. He returned to Accrington on a loan deal at the beginning of the 2007–08 season. During his time out with injury during the summer of 2008 he trained and taught at Preston North End centre of excellence on a Saturday morning at West View leisure centre.

Chris was forced to retire from the professional game in 2009, due to a serious back injury caused whilst on loan at the East Lancashire club.

In 2011-12 season, Chris joined newly formed Lancashire Sunday League side Preston South End FC.

Chris also plays for the Preston North End Fan's team.

Since retiring from the game, Chris took up the opportunity to work again for his boyhood team, Preston North End FC as Assistant Community Officer.
