Chris McLernon is an American bassist, best known as the former bassist of the band Saigon Kick from 1993–1997 and 2012–2015. He currently plays bass with the band Owl Stretching.
He previously played in the band Cold Sweat and a Kiss tribute band called Cold Gin, which also featured his one time Cold Sweat bandmate Anthony White.
In Cold Sweat, Chris McLernon replaced original bassist Marc Normand.
In Saigon Kick, Chris McLernon replaced original bassist Tom Defile, between the time of their second album The Lizard and their third album Water.
Chris went on to develop a company called Two Heads Music that works with many television shows.
