Hugh Christopher Budd (usually known as Christopher Budd; b. 27 May 1937) is a British Roman Catholic prelate and the 8th Bishop of Plymouth.[1][2]
Born in Romford, Essex, England, he was ordained a priest on 8 July 1962 before being elevated to the episcopacy as Bishop of Plymouth on 19 November 1985.[1]
His successor, Mgr Mark O'Toole, was appointed on 9 November 2013 by Pope Francis.[3]
