Chrouy Changvar District
Chrouy Changvar District (Khmer: ខណ្ឌជ្រោយចង្វារ) is a district in central Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Chrouy Changvar is subdivided into 5 Sangkats and 22 Kroms.[1][2]
