Chrysopsis camporum, known as the prairie golden-aster, is a plant in the Chrysopsis genus that ranges from east Wisconsin to west Indiana - and is similar to the Maryland Golden-aster, but with smaller leaves. As its name suggests, the Prairie Golden-aster is found in sandy prairies and barrens.[1]
The Prairie Golden-aster grows from six inches to twenty-four inches, and grows from July to October.
