Cirencester and Tewkesbury was a parliamentary constituency in Gloucestershire which returned one Member of Parliament to the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It was created for the 1918 general election and abolished for the 1997 general election when it was partly replaced by the new constituencies of Cotswold and Tewkesbury.

1918-1950: The Municipal Borough of Tewkesbury, the Urban Districts of Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Tetbury, the Rural Districts of Campden (the civil parishes of Admington, Batsford, Bourton-on-the-Hill, Chipping Campden, Clopton, Ebrington, Hidcote Bartrim, Lower Lemington, Mickleton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Quinton, and Todenham), Cirencester (the civil parishes of Ampney Crucis, Ampney St Mary, Ampney St Peter, Bagendon, Barnsley, Baunton, Brimpsfield, Coates, Colesbourne, Daglingworth, Down Ampney, Driffield, Duntisbourne Abbots, Duntisbourne Rouse, Edgeworth, Elkstone, Fairford, Harnhill, Hatherop, Kemble, Kempsford, Meysey Hampton, North Cerney, Poole Keynes, Poulton, Preston, Quenington, Rendcombe, Rodmarton, Sapperton, Somerford Keynes, South Cerney, Stratton, Syde, and Winstone), Marston Sicca (the civil parishes of ), Northleach (the civil parishes of Aldsworth, Aston Blank, Bibury, Chedworth, Coln Rogers, Coln St Aldwyns, Coln St Dennis, Compton Abdale, Dowdeswell, Eastington, Eastleach Martin, Eastleach Turville, Farmington, Hampnett, Haselton, Little Barrington, Northleach, Salperton, Sevenhampton, Sherborne, Shipton, Southrop, Stowell, Turkdean, Whittington, Windrush, Winson, Withington, and Yanworth), and Pebworth (the civil parishes of ), in the Rural District of Cheltenham the civil parishes of Prestbury, Swindon, and Uckington, in the Rural District of Faringdon the civil parishes of , in the Rural District of Stow-on-the-Wold the civil parishes of , in the Rural District of Tetbury the civil parishes of , in the Rural District of Tewkesbury the civil parishes of Ashchurch, Boddington, Deerhurst, Elmstone Hardwicke, Forthampton, Hasfield, Kemerton, Leigh, Oxenton, Stoke Orchard, Tirley, Tredington, Twyning, Walton Cardiff, and Woolstone, and in the Rural District of Winchcombe the civil parishes of Alderton, Alstone, Beckford, Bishop's Cleeve, Buckland, Charlton Abbots, Didbrook, Dumbleton, Gotherington, Great Washbourne, Guiting Power, Hailes, Hawling, Little Washbourne, Pinnock and Hyde, Prescott, Roel, Snowshill, Southam and Brockhampton, Stanley Pontlarge, Stanton, Stanway, Sudeley Manor, Temple Guiting, Toddington, Winchcombe, Woodmancote, and Wormington.
