Citharinus is a genus of lutefishes from tropical Africa, with six currently described species:
- Citharinus citharus (É. Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire, 1809)

- C. c. intermedius Worthington, 1932
- Citharinus congicus Boulenger, 1897
