City Square House is a 60-metre (197 ft) tower block, in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. This central site adjacent to the city railway station has been cleared of the previous six storey building, and while awaiting development was sold in 2005 for £11m from previous developers AWG Developments to the McAleer and Rushe Group, who intend to speculatively proceed with the scheme.
An earlier design for a traditional and modern looking 10 storey office building has recently been superseded by a revised 14 storey scheme with a more modern full height glass facade. The design now fits in more closely with the soon to commence Lumiere development a short distance along Wellington Street.
