Clare Shillington (born 8 January 1981) is an Irish cricketer.[1] She is a right-handed batsman and leg spin bowler who she has represented Ireland women's cricket team in a Test, 79 One-Day Internationals as well as in 40 Twenty20 Internationals for the since August 1997.
She started her career as off-spinner and lower order batsman but later she became one of successfull Irish openner. She was first woman to reach 100 caps for Ireland in Women's cricket. He scored a unbeaten 114 against Japan women's national cricket team in 2013 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier.[2] She also captained Ireland women's cricket team in 15 ODIs from 2003 to 2011 as well as in Twenty20 Internationals.[3]
