Clarissa House
Clarissa House (born 6 September 1963 in Melbourne) is an Australian actress who played Beth Hunter Sutherland in the soap opera Home and Away.
She graduated from Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting) in 1987. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Theatre Arts degree from Perth's Curtin University (formerly the Western Australian Institute of Technology)
Before taking the role as Beth Hunter on Home And Away, Clarissa House played a small part as a council worker named Ms Angelo. Ironically she was a friend of Shelley Sutherland whose husband married her character Beth Hunter later on in the show. Clarissa has now joined All Saints, playing Julia Mayfair, Frank's carer.
She was born in Melbourne and raised in Perth, Western Australia.
Beth Hunter Sutherland
Beth Hunter Sutherland came onto Home and Away in early 2003. Mother of Robbie, Matilda, Henry, Kit and Scott, and mother-in-law of Tasha. In the middle of 2007 tragedy struck when on the way back from a holiday in America and Europe (seeing Robbie, Tasha and Ella, and Scott, Hayley and Noah) died after a truck crashed into her car.
