Clemens Andreas Rapp (born 14 July 1989) is a German swimmer. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the 200 m freestyle, finishing in 24th place in the heats, failing to qualify for the semifinals. His team was placed fourth in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay.[1][2]

He won a silver and a gold medal in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay at the European championships in 2010 and 2012, respectively.[3]

He was born to Manfred and Doris Rapp and has a sister Magdalena and a brother Matthias.[4]
