Clifford Estates (祈福新邨 in Chinese, in pinyin: qífú xīncūn) is a residential area in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The developer is Clifford Group.

The estates cover an area of more than 500 hectares with population of 110,000 representing people from 70 countries and regions.[1]

Clifford Estates includes Clifford International School, Clifford Hospital, a bus station, taxi station, the Clifford Hotel, and a police station. The nearest metro station is Hanxi Changlong.

Entering the residential area requires an identity card or other permit.
