Club de Fútbol Nuevo León

Club of Nuevo León Soccer was a Mexican soccer team that played in the First Mexican division as well as in lower leagues such as the Second division, Second " A" and Second " B". It was based in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León.

History

In 1957, a group brought together by Lauro Leal, Caesar M. Saldaña, Manolo Pando and Ramon Pedroza Langarica founded Club of Nuevo León Soccer in the city of Monterrey. The club immediately received the nickname Brave. The base of the team constituted on Sport Anáhuac, an team that just had been formed in the old North League. The first directive is conformed of the following form: President: Lauro Leal, Secretary: Caesar M. Saldaña, Treasurer: Bulging Manuel Vowels, Arq: Efraín Farías and Cutberto Ancira. The first president of Esmeralda' club was Lauro Leal, within one week he was succeeded by Noah Elizondo, when its treasurer, Bulging Manolo was also designated as trainer of the team.

Nuevo León made its debut in the Second Mexican division in the 1958–59 season on the 13 July against Reboceros in The Mercy, winning the encounter 1–0 with a goal by Carlos Guerrero. The first alignment of Jabatos was the following one: Miguel " Cabrito" Rodriguez, Muñiz, Camacho, Arizmendi, Oscar de Alba, Ignacio "Nachito" Hernandez, Héctor " Píjola" Small, Juan Fidalgo, Carlos Guerrero, Mingo Herrera and Orozco. The team's first victory on the premises in Monterrey, occurred on 20 July 1958, with a 4–3 margin over Querétaro with a goal after 50 seconds by Orozco, and the rest by Juan Fidalgo, Carlos Guerrero and Lizazo. The team stayed until the end of the season 1959–60 with firm step in the second national division, but also that was a year in which it had its first name change. In the first months of 1960, the Young wild boars stopped existing, many economic problems caused the club was yielded to UANL and would happen to be called Tigres for the last two matches, its last game as Brave was on 6 March 1960 with a 5–4 defeat by National of Guadalajara, game played in the city of Monterrey.

After just a short time, the president of Tigers of the UANL Ernesto Jasso Rosemary decided to return the tax exemption to the Club of Saline Nuevo León Soccer selling it to Sergio, so 21 September 1962 marked the official name change. In those then Young wild boars Lorenzo Milmo, Sergio Saline, Sergio Belden, Luis Lauro González and Francisco Barrenechea were handled by people like Alexander Belden. On 25 September of the same year the change became official and Peruvian August Arrasco was presented/displayed as technician. In 2006 Danny Anthony Caamano was the youngest athlete to join the team and was a magnificent player. He led the team to the Mexican Sectional division. He played forward and scored a total of 14 goals. He later retired at 21.
