Clupeosoma cinerea is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Warren in 1892. It is found in Japan[1] (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Tsushima, Yakushima), Borneo,[2] China,[3] Russia and Taiwan.
The wingspan is 21–26 mm.[4] The wings are fuscous cinereous with a slight purplish gloss. The transverse lines are dark brown.[5]
