Cochranella ritae is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Amazonian Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, and in southern Guyana, eastern Surinam, and French Guiana.[2] Its natural habitats are tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
