The Cohen Group is a firm providing corporate leadership with strategic advice and assistance in marketing, regulatory affairs and deal sourcing, and capital raising activities. They cover every major business sector and every critical region of the world, including the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe.[1] The firm is based in Washington, D.C. with offices in London, United Kingdom, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, New Delhi, India and Beijing and Tianjin, People's Republic of China.[2]

History

The firm was founded in 2001 by former United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen to help multinational clients expand overseas. The Cohen Group has a strategic alliance with DLA Piper, a global law firm specializing in business, real estate, and technology.[3] In May 2015, Bloomberg Television selected Secretary Cohen to become their World Affairs Contributor.[4]
